On set and during shoots
- We maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment
- Clear consent is required for all work, especially sensitive content
- Anyone can stop or leave a shoot at any time without penalty
Working with others
We expect the same standards from agencies, clients, and collaborators. If we believe someone is acting unfairly or unethically, we will stop working with them.
Speaking up
If something doesn’t feel right, we encourage people to raise it. Concerns will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.
