Rachel told us that she has developed a new fitness program that she wanted to share to the world. She calls it "StripXercise." She showed us how to do it and we loved it very much. The only problem is that a lot of guys will definitely join this new program - even you - but we'll all just stand there watching and drooling. Well, come to think of it, dehydration is also another way of losing weight so it might just work.
